Bu çalışmada etnik milliyetçiliği esas alan Kürdistan İşçi Partisi (Partiya Karkeren Kürdistan -PKK) terör örgütünün kuruluşu, gelişimi ve günümüzdeki durumu, ideolojisi, şiddet stratejileri ve ayrılıkçı yapısı incelenmektedir. Kürt milliyetçiliğinin ortaya çıktığı ilk hareketlerden PKK terör örgütünün Çözüm Süreci'nin sona ermesine kadar olan dönem ele alınmaktadır. PKK'nın etnik tabanlı, şiddeti esas alan bir terör örgütü olduğu; bu örgütün politik eğilimlerindeki değişim noktalarının hangileri olduğu; terör örgütünün kullandığı şiddet stratejileri, bu stratejilerin politik durumdaki değişime etkileri ve ayrılıkçı yapısının geldiği son nokta incelenmeye çalışıldı. Terör örgütünün eylemlerinin özellikle ayrılıkçı bir devlet yapılanmasını hedef aldığı, bu amaç doğrultusunda Çözüm Süreci'ni nasıl istismar ettiği anlatılmaktadır. PKK, kuruluşundan şimdiye kadar geçen dönemde "Büyük Kürdistan" idealinden vazgeçmemiş, tarihsel süreç içerisinde ilk zamanlar bir iç sorunken, zamanla sadece bir devleti değil aynı zamanda bölgesel ve uluslararası güçleri ilgilendiren bir sorun haline gelmiştir. PKK, yapıları, kolları, üst kuruluşları ve bağlantılarıyla adeta bir ahtapotu andırmaktadır. Elbette bu sorunun çözümü büyük bir stratejiye, bu stratejiye dayalı topyekün mücadeleye, kısa ve uzun vadeli plan ve programların istikrarlı şekilde tam sahada uygulanmasına bağlıdır. Bununla beraber bölgesel ve küresel güçlerin PKK'ya verdiği desteğin kesilmesi ve Türkiye'nin terörle mücadelesine destek olunması hayati derecede önemlidir. Bu kapsamda sorunun tamamen ortadan kaldırılması, Türkiye dışındaki makro dengelerin etkileri ve konunun hassasiyeti de göz önüne alındığında, sorunun siyaset üstü milli bir mesele olarak ele alınması gerekmektedir.
İn this study examines the foundation, development, the ideology, violence strategies, separatist structure and present situation of the terrorist organization, the Kurdistan Workers 'Party (PKK) based on ethnic nationalism. From the first movements of Kurdish nationalism deals with the period until the end of the solution process of the PKK terrorist organization. The PKK is an ethnically based, violent terrorist organization studied what is the point of change in this political tendency, violence strategies used by the terrorist organization, and these strategies have had in terms of the last point changing effects and separatist nature of the political situation. The actions of the terrorist organization are specifically aimed at the establishment of a separatist state and how it exploited the resolution process for this purpose. While PKK was being internal problem in the first period in the historical process, over time it has been interested in not only a state but also a problem of regional and international actors. İt resembles an octopus with the links, structures, branches and superiors of the PKK. Of course, the solution of this problem is a great strategy, the overall struggle based on this strategy and short-term and long-term plans and programs are steadily implemented at full capacity. However, regional and global actors's support of cutting the PKK and supporting of Turkey's fight against terrorism is vitally important. Within this scope, the problem for keeps to remove, effects of Macro Balances out of Turkey and sensitivity of issue, the problem must be essential as a national issue over politics.
